Helping you heal through therapy, so you can rise from the weight of the past and live a life that feels meaningful and whole.

Welcome to Rise & Restore Counseling

Step into a space where the weight of the past lifts, relationships heal, and you reclaim the life you deserve. Safe. Compassionate. Real.

founded with a simple but powerful intention: to create the kind of space everyone deserves.

Our team of licensed, experienced clinicians has spent years supporting individuals, couples, and families carrying the invisible weight of trauma, anxiety, disconnection, and self-doubt. We saw a need for something more personal than traditional therapy often allows—a place where healing isn’t rushed, where people can feel seen without judgment, and where the therapeutic relationship is built on genuine connection and trust.

Who We Are

Our clinicians integrate evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT, and DBT with the values that matter most: authenticity, empathy, and empowerment.

Our goal is to walk alongside you, not to “fix” you, but to support you in rising from the pain of your past and restoring a life that feels meaningful, grounded, and whole.

Together, our team is committed to helping every client feel supported, understood, and empowered on their journey toward healing
